I am a speech-language pathologist working with all ages from toddlers to geriatrics. I began my career working in a hospital with adults with problems resulting from traumatic brain injury including aphasia, apraxia and dysarthria. I then moved to public schools where I worked with children from preschool through high school.
For 13 years, I was the Speech Therapist in a communication center for severe learning and language-disabled children; our classroom also included children with autism, Asperger’s, cerebral palsy and a variety of syndromes.
In February of 2006, I joined the Alliance team specializing in developmental language delays – one of my greatest joys is working with toddlers and preschoolers.
I enjoy my work and feel fortunate for the opportunities that have allowed me to help people of all ages with a wide range of disabilities.
