Hello! I am a recent graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder. While there, I studied: speech-language pathology; speech, language, and hearing sciences; and linguistics. As a university student clinician, I have worked with clients across the life span, while treating and diagnosing various disorders, including: swallowing, cognition, fluency (stuttering and cluttering), pragmatic language, voice, and articulation. I have also worked with individuals with dysarthria, apraxia of speech, aphasia, dyslexia, and language delay. I have throughly enjoyed all of these experiences! As I embark on a new journey as a clinical fellow with Alliance of Therapy Specialists, I will work towards expanding my clinical experience to those requiring feeding therapy and alternative and augmentative means of communication.
I recently moved back to Colorado from Arizona and am thrilled to be home with my family and friends. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with loved ones at home or at events around Denver. I try my best to get outside when the weather is nice—even if that means I am only walking to my neighborhood park. I also have a new puppy at home, so I spend lots of time training and playing with her!
I am excited and joyful to start my SLP career with Alliance of Therapy Specialists. I look forward to working with children and families from the Denver-Metro area.
